What Is Advair |
There are some asthma medications that patients can that is inhaled medication that comes with dry powder. Advair is one of those medications that is worked that way with asthma patients. When patients take Advair their airways become reduced and constricted. The muscles tighten up around the area of the walls causing any inflammation to be reduced. Advair is not meant to be shaked, or used as any kind of spacer. It is breath activated and that makes it easier for the patient to use. The medication comes in three kinds of strengths being 100/50, 250/50, and 500/50. Side effects with Advair include but not limited to: - nervousness A doctor should be notified right away when a patient is having those symptoms. The dosage might need to be changed or either the doctor might decide to put the patient on another kind of treatment for asthma. Sometimes these side effects go away in time but if they do not then the doctor should be notified. Keep in mind that this is not all of the side effects so if the patient experiences something unusual contact the doctor. |
